I'm Nerissa D. de Vera but you call me "Isay" for short. I'm a Mass Communication Technology student, currently first year and studying at La Verdad Christian College Caloocan.

Many people didn't know that I can play guitar but don't expect me to sing because I can't sing beautifully. And also I'm a skater although its not good to see girls to deal with  this kind sport its all because it is too dangerous. And once you've fall you have bruise and wounds, but for me its okay. Because after those nerve  cracking pains here I am still standing and enjoying this sport.

My love for music is unconditional it influences me so strongly that comes a point that I have to change the way I dress, and the way I look. The music that I'm obsessed  with, is rock music and especially those kind that has a scream and growl in there songs. I'd enjoy it so badly, and of course many people are criticizing me because of this. But I don't care for me its a matter of  choice so as long as it satisfies me I will continue to listen to this music.

Isang araw lang the movie

Isang araw lang the movie is all about the public service of Kuya Danielle Razon (the main star). He is a jeep  driver but with his willingness to help others, he give his all to help those who is in need like in financial problems. What's surprising me is that he didn't have a lot of money but still he adopted many children and give them all they need like schooling and even their shelter. And in that movie I admire his effort to help others even in the real person behind those camera.

My assessment to this film is it can fit to all of age. It teaches us have a good values and point of view in our lives despite of our negligence in our lives. The comedy part makes it not boring to watch even if it teaches us to be a good person.

After I've witness this film I admire to help others even in my own simple way. Just like the moral lesson of this movie. Helping others is like glorifying the almighty God.

SCHINDLER'S LIST

I remember when I first watched this movie, The whole film is colored black and white and I wondered why this film won the best picture in 1993 Oscar Awards. But after I watched this film and I noticed that little girl with a red dress, I asked myself "why did the producer make it black and white if he can make it in colored". And soon I realized that he producer make it black and white because, maybe he avoid the violence instead he wants the viewers to focus on the story. 

This movie is all about Oskar Schindler played by Liam Neeson, he is a business man who just want money, women and power. He owns a factory wherein he has a Jewish workers and when Adolf Hitler decided to kill all the Jewish people, Mr. Schindler rescued some Jewish people especially the younger ones. He felt really bad because those people are killed like animals, I remember the scene where Gen. Goeth shoot some people at his balcony. 

Oskar Schindler sell all his wealth just to save some lives, and that is why it is called "Schindler's List" because all the people that he bought from the German soldier's are documented in list form. And they called it as "the list of life".   

I definitely recommend this film because you will realize how it hard to live in World War II and also to insist in our minds that we must value our live.

Gadgets

 Locally made android phones

I would like to criticize the locally made android phones. These phones are labelled as My Phone, Cherry Mobile and the rising brand the Star Mobile. These "Pinoy Phones" are now making noise in the industry of gadgets. The features of this phones are almost the same as the branded one's. This only means that when it comes to technology the Filipinos are very creative. And I think that this phones will soon to be the gratest competitor of the foreign products.

The design of these phones are so simple and yet so elegant. The My Phone has a Philippine map at the back it only means that it is Filipino made and sure, to be proud of. The applications of this phones is accessible and the quality is good enough for it.

If I would have a money to buy some gadget for sure I will buy one this. And also I will recommend this one because the price really matters. As low as five thousand pesos you will have an android phone? so what are you waiting for try to buy some of this.

TERRIBLE THINGS

This song is one of my favorite, it's all about a guy who fall in love during his teenage years. I personally chose this song because it tells a story to the listeners that sometimes we must not follow our hearts. Just like the example in this song the guy got a big responsibility to his child in other words teenage pregnancy happened to his girlfriend. And that's why he relate it as a "terrible thing" although having a child is a gift from Our Almighty God but I believe that everything has an exact time.
